This is a special opportunity to join me in The Yorkshire Dales for a rather unique event….The Yorkshire 3 Peaks!
Breakfasts and lunches will be included in the price, evening meals are available to buy at the local pub, or of course you are welcome to bring your own should you wish to and you’ll benefit from coaching advice from Geoff, a UK Athletics running coach who has run extensively in the high mountains of Snowdonia, Scotland and the Alps and won a number of mountain ultras organised by his club for 7 years on the run.
What is the Yorkshire 3 Peaks?
The Yorkshire 3 Peaks is a famous route that takes in the 3 hills of the stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park, Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen Y Ghent and takes us through some amazing places along its circuitous route of 24 miles and 5200ft of ascent.
As you might expect on one of Geoff’s events we take things as easy as possible, with an emphasis on your enjoyment and ensuring you have a wonderful time as we explore this route through the Yorkshire Dales countryside, and we will take the full weekend to immerse ourselves in this wonderful part of the country, it really will be an exceptional weekend and one not to be missed.

Where will we stay
We’ll be staying at the well appointed Old School bunkhouse in the picture postcard village of Ingleton, famous for it’s limestone escarpements and sublime views and you’ll share a bunk room in this charming venue in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and run from there (some driving may be required).

What to expect
This is a opportunity to explore a part of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, and this famous route across three hills with experienced guides, and a highly skilled and experienced team. We will arrange everything, including the distance and amount of ascent to make this as easy going as possible.
Our qualified Leaders will guide your through the landscape and you’ll have time to discuss coaching techniques with Geoff, along with having all of your breakfasts and lunches prepared and cooked for you, from our latest spring/summer menu.
