Come and join us in Snowdonia for a fantastic weekend Wild Swimming and Trail Running on some of the most spectacular trails in this stunning location
It’s going to be a really fun couple of days out in a very beautiful part of Wales, I do a fair amount of running out there and know some lovely trails which show the mountains and lakes at their best.

The weekend is designed for beginners who are new to trail running and include some amazing wild swims too, and want to run in a no-pressure environment while enjoying some stunning views and amazing swims.
We will have an experienced and qualified open water swim instructor with us too for this weekend.
The terrain is mixed with some height gain but won’t be overly challenging and we won’t be running up any mountains!
So apart from running and swimming what else is included?
Breakfast and lunches are included on Saturday and Sunday and a 2 course evening meal will be provided on Friday and Saturday evenings.
All of our meals are cooked by our private chef and can be catered to your own specific needs, should you have any, and it will all be nutritionally designed for runners.

I’m a UK Athletics qualified running coach and will be able to provide key info that will improve your trail running style along with the way you run on the roads, there will also be an opportunity to ask our swim instructors advice on technique too!

Next up, you’ll be able to sit in and take advantage of a masterclass on running slower to speed up or another running related topic. We will cover many of the questions runners ask when it comes to nutrition, how to prepare meals that actually help, what to eat while running, how to avoid upset stomachs while running, what to eat during training, as well as before, during and after your race and also how to provide the right nutrition during a taper period, along with lots of other useful tips and strategies.
Accomodation and Location
Your accommodation is also included in the price, and we will be staying at a fantasic hostel in the picture postcard village of Betws y Coed or Llanrug or Cwm Pennant in Snowdonia National Park, the price is £275 per person for the full weekend.
